Didsbury 76-2 (20; Lauren Smith 43) (25pts)
(Restricted to 25 overs per side)

• Champions Appleton slipped to their second successive defeat as an impressive all round display from Didsbury saw them comfortably take the points

Division Two – May 22:

Oxton (25pts) w/o Astley Bridge (minus 10pts)

Hawarden Park v Wistaston Village – Cancelled due to unfit ground, 8pts each

Division One / Two Cross Divisional Matches – May 22:

Oakmere 69 (28.1; Tarpey 21, Katy Hart 3-23, Olivia Smith 2-9) (4pts)
(Restricted to 38 overs per side)

• Trinity also remain unbeaten at the head of division two, while 2015 runners up Oakmere went down to their second first division defeat, and are another team forced to play catch up if they are to remain in title contention. Hannah Gradwell made her return to cricket after more than two years, and not only did she make the top score in the match, but her innings was almost exactly equal to the winning margin

Lymm Oughtrington Park 48-7 (20; Kerry Knight 13, Beth Garnett 2-1) (2pts)
Stockport Georgians 49-2 (5.5, Nicole Tunney 18ret) (25pts)

• A decisive winning start for league newcomers Stockport Georgians
