• Lindow’s third victory of the season, and the winning margins have got larger each time. Michelle Hesslegrave made the development division’s first half century of the year, and the match also featured some of the best bowling returns in this division so far.

Heaton Mersey & Cheadle 93-1 (20; Charlotte Appleyard 44*) (7pts)

• Heaton Mersey & Cheadle came close to their first victory, but Wistaston held on to open their own account for the 2020 season.

• Chester scored more than double the total of their opposition, scoring freely off the rest of the Langley attack even if Jenny Wallace produced a fine spell.
