A decisive win over their nearest rivals moved Appleton within one win of the Division Three East title

This is the Cheshire Women's League XI to play the MCC at Ashton-on-Mersey on Thursday August 30. Six players appear in this XI for the first time, and the team is completely changed from that which took the field against MCC last year.
